About The Position

Royale Oaks and House of Hope Assisted Living strive to focus on the individual needs and choices of each of our residents through our concept of Person-Centered Living. Staff members have consistent assignments so they're caring for the same residents as often as possible. A homelike environment and team atmosphere are created, which ultimately leads to the best care for each of our residents. We are seeking talented individuals to join our care giving team at our Royale Oaks location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field preferred. Relevant senior living sales, marketing, admissions, or healthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Two or more years of experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, sales, admissions, community outreach, business development, or a related position preferred.
Experience with assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, or other senior healthcare services strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation required.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales and follow-up skills without using high-pressure sales practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain productive professional referral relationships.
Conduct engaging and informative community tours.
Establish rapport with older adults and families who may be making difficult or time-sensitive care decisions.
Initiate conversations and develop new professional and community contacts.
