We're seeking a seasoned litigator who enjoys both real courtroom work and creative problem-solving. You will lead complex commercial and real estate disputes with direct client interaction and a voice in litigation and trial strategy.
Requirements
- California Bar, active and in good standing
- 7+ years litigation experience with real estate exposure preferred
- Confident handling depositions, law & motion, and client communications independently
Responsibilities
- Take charge of a robust real estate litigation caseload
- Craft and execute litigation strategy-motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, trial prep
- Pursue early resolution when possible
- Build lasting relationships with sophisticated clients
