Senior Litigation Attorney (8+ Years)
About The Position
Phillips Lytle is looking to expand its talent within its Litigation Practice. We are seeking enterprising candidates, ideally experienced at handling products liability and/or commercial disputes in state, federal and arbitration forums. Phillips Lytle has an excellent reputation and a roster of high-profile clients, including Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in industries such as financial services, environmental and land use, telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences. The Litigation Practice Group seeks to hire a senior attorney (Chicago) with 8+ years of experience handling products liability and/or complex commercial disputes. Applicants should highlight their role on significant matters, the types of claims, and the industries with which they have experience. Applicants should have practical knowledge, leadership, collaborative and mentorship skills, as well as superior writing, analytical, and communication abilities. A strong academic record is preferred. Ideal candidates will have portable business and a demonstrated ability to originate and maintain strong client relationships. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience handling products liability and/or complex commercial disputes.
