About The Position

Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate to join its Product Liability Practice Group in the Costa Mesa, California office. The firm focuses on defending high-stakes product liability and complex litigation matters for major domestic and international companies across industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and medical devices.

The associate will handle day-to-day case development, including depositions, direct client engagement, collaboration with technical experts, discovery management, and drafting and arguing motions. The role also supports partners with strategic litigation planning and trial preparation and execution. The position offers substantive responsibility, mentorship, collaboration across offices, and opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

This is a hybrid position with work-from-home and in-office workdays. Compensation is listed as $180,000 to $225,000+, and also as $190,000 to $225,000+ depending on experience.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California Bar or ability to become a member of the California Bar.
• At least 6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• High degree of independence and initiative.
• Desire to contribute meaningfully to client success.
