About The Position

Bowman and Brooke LLP is seeking a motivated Associate to join its Product Liability Practice Group in the Philadelphia office. The firm is a nationally recognized litigation practice focused on defending high-stakes product liability and complex litigation matters for clients across industries including automotive, pharmaceutical, consumer products, and medical devices.

The Associate will handle day-to-day case development, including depositions, direct client engagement, collaboration with technical experts, discovery management, and drafting and arguing motions. The role also supports partners in strategic litigation planning, trial preparation, and trial execution. It offers substantive responsibility, mentorship, collaboration across offices, and opportunities to develop toward partnership. The position is hybrid, with remote and in-office workdays.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar or ability to become a member.
• At least 6 years of litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• High degree of independence and initiative.
