About The Position

Never Not is a creative production company where a newsroom mindset meets cinematic craft. Built by journalists, filmmakers, and producers, we create documentaries, social content, branded storytelling, motion graphics, and live experiences for some of the world’s most influential brands and organizations. We’re a growing team of curious, ambitious makers who care deeply about real stories, bringing craft, collaboration, and intention to everything we create. Our core belief is simple: real stories build brand trust. Our Senior Line Producer is a seasoned production leader who owns the production process from scope through final wrap. This role sits at the intersection of creative collaboration, operational excellence, and financial accountability. They are equally comfortable in a budget spreadsheet and on set; they know how to create the conditions for great work to happen. We’re looking for someone who thinks like a journalist: curious, resourceful, and driven by the story as much as the schedule. Someone who gets genuinely excited about the people and subjects we cover, asks thoughtful questions, and brings curiosity to the work. We take what we make seriously. But we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Reporting to the Executive Producer, the Senior Line Producer leads production operations across our slate of brand documentaries, social content, and multiplatform productions. They partner closely with our Senior Post Producer to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity throughout the project life cycle. Post-production experience is a strong plus, as there will be opportunities to step into producing roles across post and animation projects.
