Requirements

  • Senior-level technician with a strong track record in flat-rate production
  • Ability to document consistent productivity and performance
  • Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
  • Self-motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Takes ownership of their work and their results
  • Reliable, professional, and team-focused
  • 3+ years of Service Technician experience
  • A-level qualifications in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, professional attitude and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate directly
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must provide your own tools
  • Able to pass background check and drug screen
  • High school diploma or equivalent
