Requirements

  • Proven experience in legal recruitment, ideally within the US market
  • Strong understanding of US private practice law firms
  • Track record of placing associates or partners
  • Ability to manage full recruitment processes and client relationships
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Motivated, driven, and committed to long-term career growth
  • Ability to work on-site in New York

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with US private practice law firms, especially in New York
  • Deliver on associate-level mandates across multiple practice areas
  • Lead full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, client management, and placement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development
  • Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team performance
