About The Position

We’re not a traditional law firm. We are a diverse and globally distributed team of lawyers, engineers, and innovators working across the U.S, EMEA, and APAC. We believe technology augments, not replaces legal expertise. Our culture values collaboration, inclusivity, and flexibility. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Legal Associate to join our team. As a Senior Legal Associate you will work directly with commercial teams at fast-growing corporates, global insurance companies and private capital funds as they buy and sell services of all types. In addition, you will review the work of junior team members and assist with their professional development and ongoing training. You will leverage our proprietary AI-enabled platform to assist with document review, deviation identification, and playbook application. The platform enhances speed, consistency, and accuracy, enabling you to deliver high-quality legal work at scale while maintaining full ownership and accountability for the final output. This role sits at the core of our legal team, where precision, responsiveness, and reliability are critical. You will work closely with colleagues across our global legal team to deliver seamless support, collaborating to maintain exceptional standards of quality and consistency. You will also partner with our product and engineering teams, helping refine and improve the AI tools that underpin our delivery model.
