About The Position

Seeking a hands-on candidate to manage client portfolios on the West Coast, focusing on the Pacific Northwest. This role requires direct processing of foreclosure documents and files, while ensuring the full portfolio and all client systems receive proper, timely attention to meet all client service agreements. Additional support for California and Nevada files may be required as needed. The position involves preparing and editing legal documents, maintaining client systems, and coordinating closely with team members, managers, and attorneys in a multi-disciplinary environment to ensure files move forward efficiently and timely. This is an in-office position in our office in Downtown Long Beach, CA (Address: 301 East Ocean Blvd. Suite 1720 Long Beach, CA 90802), with standard business hours, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or above preferred
  • 2-3 years minimum foreclosure processing experience in a law firm setting is required.
  • Experience using client systems – Black Knight (BKFS, ICE) / Loansphere (LPS) / Tempo
  • Knowledge of foreclosure processes and practices required.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, lenders attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties.
  • Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multitask and be adaptable to continual change.
  • Ability to read and write at a high level for proofreading and editing purposes.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Being well-versed in OR and WA state foreclosure laws is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional organizational skills between multiple systems to ensure efficient file processing.
  • Drafting, preparing, proofreading, and formatting notices, and various other foreclosure documents.
  • Ensuring the effective and timely delivery of outgoing mail, overnight deliveries, and document recordings/retrievals.
  • Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
  • Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates, borrowers, lenders, and internal teams and associates.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction, including timely status updates and follow-up on outstanding documents and/or services and milestones.
  • Consistently and accurately update the firm’s internal case management system, as well as all client systems.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
