About The Position
The Department of Biomedical Engineering is accepting applications for a Semester Senior Lecturer appointment (temporary position) to teach undergraduate and/or graduate course(s) in the Department of Biomedical Engineering for Fall/Spring/Summer semester. Duties include but are not limited to: holding office hours; grading assignments and submitting grades; may participate in curriculum development and course coordination. All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A commitment to or demonstrated efforts in teaching that reflect Ohio State’s Shared Values.
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching in a learning setting including, but not limited to, K-12 classroom experience or higher education teaching as an instructor of record or graduate teaching assistant.
