Requirements
- A completed doctoral qualification in counselling or a closely related field (or equivalent standing).
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching, including curriculum design, delivery, and leadership in learning and teaching practice.
- A strong and sustained research track record, including quality publications, grant activity, and HDR supervision.
- Proven leadership and contribution to academic administration, such as program coordination or course leadership.
- Established connections with professional bodies, industry, and community networks.
- A collaborative, values-driven approach that contributes to a supportive and high-achieving academic environment.
