About The Position

Join Our growing Team as at Richman Property Services, Inc. (RPS) as a full-time Senior Leasing/Floating Leasing Associate in Austin, TX! This position is eligible for our new "Texas Stay Program", which is designed to financially reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date. Program will be discussed by Recruiter. Position: Floating Leasing Associate - The Floating Leasing Associate will support Ivy Heights and La Cima, our affordable communities in Austin. Requirements

• 1-3 years of Leasing or APM experience in multi-family affordable residential communities required
• Valid/active Driver's License, ability to travel within assigned portfolio/region in Austin, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and customer focus
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Attention to detail/follow-up technique
• Performance-driven with an embrace of growth and change
• Problem-solving skills and reliability
• Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
• Ability to thrive in a customer-focused, team environment
• Valid Driver’s License required for this position

Nice To Haves

• Prior Lease-Up and "Floating" experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking Candidates preferred
• Familiarity/experience with Yardi property management software products
• Associate’s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Yardi software products strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walk-ins
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute marketing materials
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excel in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales with excellent closing skills
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect
