About The Position

Join Our Growing Team as a Leasing Associate with Richman Property Services, Inc.! Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual ready to make a meaningful impact? Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Associate to join our growing team in Clearwater, Florida! This role serves the resident communities of Belleair Place and Bayside Court in Clearwater, FL.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience
• Multi-family leasing with new construction preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills
• Performance-driven with a growth mindset
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up technique
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
• Personable phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Valid Driver's License required

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage all leasing inquiries including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and energy
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute engaging marketing materials to drive occupancy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales skills with excellent closing ability
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect to deliver a personalized experience
• Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment
