At Allegacy Financial, where roots and relationships matter™, every employee plays a role in bringing our brand to life. Our commitment to serving as a trusted guide shapes how we support our members, collaborate with one another, and contribute to the communities we serve. We are accountable for demonstrating behaviors that build trust, strengthen relationships, and support the financial wellbeing of our members. To support this commitment, this position delivers engaging and impactful learning experiences that build employee capability, reinforce our culture and brand expectations, and support organizational performance for both new hires and existing employees across the organization. The Senior Learning Specialist plays a key role in enhancing organizational performance by facilitating and supporting learning experiences that align with Allegacy Financial’s strategic goals, culture, and Trusted Guide behaviors. This role performs professional, non-manual work directly related to the organization’s business operations and requires the consistent exercise of independent judgment, discretion, and decision-making. This individual maintains a strong working knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, systems, products, services, member experience expectations, and operational priorities to ensure learning solutions remain relevant, impactful, and aligned to business needs. In addition to facilitating learning experiences for Financial Center Operations, Member Care, and support staff, the Senior Learning Specialist serves as a trusted partner and learning consultant across departments, influencing learning outcomes and supporting employee performance without direct authority. Learning initiatives may include topics such as systems training, personal and business products, lending, service excellence, sales and referral behaviors, digital tools, operational processes, and strategic organizational initiatives. The role is responsible for making instructional design and delivery recommendations based on learner needs, operational impact, and organizational priorities, including determining appropriate learning strategies, modalities, reinforcement approaches, and performance support solutions. Delivery methods may include instructor-led, virtual, blended, digital, and AI-enabled learning experiences. Success in this role requires strong facilitation, communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to assess learning and performance needs, solve problems, adapt to change, and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. This role also contributes to fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and learning agility across the organization.
