We are looking for a Senior L&D Specialist to build and scale key talent development programs for Veriforce's US workforce. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who connects learning directly to business outcomes — and who can move from strategy to execution without losing either. This role reports to the VP of HR and operates in close partnership with HRBPs, business leaders, and our global L&D counterparts to ensure a consistent approach across the enterprise. This is a hands-on role where you will design, build, and deliver programs directly, not just oversee or facilitate existing content.
