About The Position

This position assists with administrative duties of the department. The role involves training, scheduling, and coaching hourly employees to ensure product quality meets prescribed standards while achieving production goals. The Senior Leadperson is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety and conduct policies.

• Lead person or similar experience with a high level of responsibility.
• Knowledge of production line processes and work areas.
• Ability to read prints.
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheet.
• Experience with mainframe.
