About The Position

The Senior Development Program (SDP) is a high-impact, 12–18 Month Accelerated Leadership Program preparing high-potential professionals for Plant and Operations Leadership. Participants will gain exposure to leading safety and reliability processes in a wood products manufacturing environment, developing and implementing strategic site level initiatives, and build knowledge and skills related to our manufacturing processes. We are seeking experienced leaders who are operationally minded thinkers with a bias for action, passionate about developing people and building inclusive teams, and ready to take on site level manufacturing challenges that drive long-term value.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation, operational excellence, and cultural transformation.
• Partner with site leadership to identify and implement strategic priorities.
• Participate in regional and business level forums and present outcomes to business leaders.
• Develop and execute an individual development plan aligned with business level and site level goals.
• Build people leadership skills.
