This role is a strategic driver specializing in enhancing the overall effectiveness and performance of the organization through comprehensive planning and implementation of culture, change, and leadership initiatives. It combines human resources, business strategy, and organizational behavior to drive sustainable growth and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The position is responsible for designing and executing organizational development initiatives, managing culture action plans, navigating internal partnerships, and deploying a measurement strategy in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and business leaders.
