Senior Lead Treasury Management Sales Consultant
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant to join our Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will manage and support a Middle Market Treasury Management portfolio across the Georgia territory, serving as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term strategic goals. You will lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex business and technical challenges spanning multiple lines of business, driving large-scale, innovative initiatives requiring advanced analytical thinking, cross-functional coordination, and deep subject matter expertise. You will provide vision, direction, and guidance to leadership on implementing impactful, enterprise-wide treasury solutions. You will also lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, while mentoring peers and serving as a subject matter expert. You will collaborate and engage effectively with professionals and leaders at all levels across the organization to align on priorities and drive results.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Extensive experience working with middle market companies
- Strong knowledge of treasury solutions, products, and services, including liquidity management and payment strategies
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships through effective collaboration, relationship management, and communication
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with complex deal structuring and pricing strategies for treasury products
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and cash flow patterns to recommend optimal solutions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards impacting treasury management
- Ability to influence senior executives and decision-makers, both internally and externally
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.
