About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments & Liquidity as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as a key participant in large-scale planning for the Treasury Management Consulting functional area. You will review and analyze complex multi-faceted, large-scale, or long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Consulting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives. You will collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Consulting peers, colleagues, and more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals. You will lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of payables and receivables processes, including workflow optimization and cash‑flow impacts
  • Proven experience managing high volumes of sales calls with a strategic approach to planning, execution, and anticipating customer needs while delivering a high‑touch client experience
  • Proactive, self‑driven approach with the ability to consult, engage, and influence prospects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and remain receptive to feedback
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; capable of managing multiple deals, priorities, and internal partners simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex treasury concepts for diverse audiences
  • Experience working with Emerging Middle Market clients ($25MM–$100MM revenue) and familiarity with treasury platforms, payment technologies, and fraud‑mitigation solutions
  • CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation or willingness to pursue
