About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals for complex business and technical needs. You will lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex, cross-functional challenges, delivering large-scale, long-term solutions. You will drive growth within an emerging middle market portfolio, with a strong focus on prospecting and new business development. You will serve as a consultative partner to clients and internal stakeholders, providing tailored treasury solutions and strategic insight. You will provide vision, direction, and expertise to implement innovative, enterprise-wide treasury initiatives. You will lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or mentor peers across the organization. You will engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, serving as a trusted expert advisor across the enterprise.

Requirements

7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
