About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Consultant within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and deliver innovative treasury solutions for complex, large-scale business needs. This role will serve as a trusted advisor across the enterprise, with a strong focus on healthcare payer and provider clients. Key areas of focus include revenue cycle optimization, AP automation, Systems integration, and the application of treasury best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with healthcare payer and provider clients, including strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations
  • Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships through collaboration and relationship management
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of treasury-related regulatory requirements and compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, helping shape and influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term priorities
  • Lead the development and execution of solutions for highly complex, multi-faceted treasury challenges across business lines
  • Provide vision and direction on large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, delivering innovative and sustainable business solutions
  • Drive the resolution of complex business, operational, and technical issues requiring advanced analysis and strategic thinking
  • Lead Treasury Management consulting projects and teams, or serve as a mentor to peers and junior team members
  • Collaborate across functions and engage with stakeholders at all levels, serving as a subject-matter expert
  • Partner with healthcare clients to optimize revenue cycle processes and improve liquidity and cash flow management
  • Support complex deal structuring, pricing strategies, and solution design tailored to client needs
