Senior Lead Technology Release Delivery Consultant
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Release Delivery Consultant. In this role, you will act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence cross-product release plans of high complexity with significant dependencies across multiple products and/or teams within a product line or single product. You will lead the strategy and creation of highly complex product releases requiring coordination and analysis across multiple products and/or teams, drive continuous delivery performance improvement leveraging delivery metrics, and provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative release planning, dependency and delivery coordination and compliance requirements across multiple products and/or teams. You will strategically engage with Business Services Leads, Delivery Leads, Product Owners, Technology Leads and Scrum Masters and serve as an expert advisor to Product Management and Technology Leadership. You will also act as a coach across the product for Agile and Product Ways of Working, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management policies, as well as ensure properly managing quality release communications.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Technology Delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Technology Delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education (for Europe, Middle East & Africa only)
Responsibilities
