About The Position

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead or Technical Project Manager
  • Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Previous experience in banking segment handling complex projects
  • Contribute to risk culture by holding self-accountable to managing risk
  • Excellent oral and written communication

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Leads and coordinates ITGPST NvD routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Facilitates dependency management/risk management /impediment removal for the defined GT deliverables.
  • Ensures ITGPST compliance to standards and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the project, program and associated deliverables.
  • Maintains disciplined delivery change management, including Jira‑based metric tracking and reporting.
  • Oversees financials, including budget/forecast tracking, variance, and burn rate monitoring across projects.
  • Facilitates discussion and decision making across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs.
  • ITGPST Governance & Stakeholder Management - Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums.
  • Understands stakeholder expectations and creates executive -level updates ensuring leadership has timely, accurate insights to make informed decisions.
