About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Technology banking within Specialized Industries as part of Commercial Banking. In this role, you will develop, retain, and grow complex client relationships by understanding the needs and priorities of clients and financial decision makers. You will drive revenue generation across Wells Fargo’s platform by proactively identifying new credit and non-credit opportunities for new and existing clients. You will handle all aspects of originating, structuring, and executing bank lending and other credit related products. You will coordinate transactions with our credit, treasury management, foreign exchange, investment banking, capital markets, and asset-based lending groups. You will perform financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral. You will identify and qualify top prospects in the market and then introduce them to our firm and our unique capabilities. You will partner with existing clients to ensure we are helping them meet their current and future needs. You will develop trusted relationships at the operational, c-suite, and board of director levels. You will stay informed of industry trends, market news, and emerging technology. You will represent our team in the market by hosting unique events, networking with influencers, and attending conferences. You will drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of bank solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the Technology Sector
  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with clients and partnerships with internal teams
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
