The Senior Lead Software Analyst, Technical Support is a mid-level technical role focused on solving enterprise applications, data, and system challenges across Property & Casualty insurance platforms. Working closely with Engineering, Product, Cloud Operations, and customer-facing teams, this role leverages SQL, Oracle, and analytical expertise to investigate issues, identify root causes, develop solutions, and improve the reliability and performance of mission-critical systems. This role is ideal for an analytical technology professional who enjoys solving difficult technical problems, working across multiple disciplines, and using data-driven insights to deliver business value. Candidates with backgrounds in systems analysis, enterprise applications, software support, data analysis, or technical consulting are encouraged to apply. Majesco is a remote-first company; however, this position requires working onsite five days per week at our client location in Erie, Pennsylvania. Candidates must reside in or relocate to the Erie area. Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.
