This role is responsible for promoting the MTN brand and achieving monthly sales targets. The Senior Lead will lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives, Mobilize Consultants, Field Support Agents, and SRAA. Key responsibilities include ensuring increased sales and product penetration through brand visibility, reviewing channel operations and stock levels for optimal stock management, coaching and training direct reports on objectives and product knowledge, conducting performance reviews and appraisals, overseeing technical activities and administrative documentation, and building relationships with dealers through forums and events.
