Wells Fargo is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Lead Product Owner to lead the Pre-Hire product portfolio within the Human Resources Transformation & Products organization. This role serves as the Product Owner for Pre-Hire, responsible for shaping, maintaining, and delivering the Pre-Hire roadmap in close partnership with Product, Technology, HR Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and vendor partners. As a senior individual contributor, this role owns a complex, cross-functional product domain spanning onboarding, background checks, employment eligibility, relocation and mobility, vendor-supported capabilities, and integrations across platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Cisive, and other enterprise systems. The role is accountable for influencing enterprise priorities, aligning senior stakeholders to a unified product strategy, and delivering measurable outcomes that improve operational efficiency, user experience, controls, adoption, and overall business value.
