About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager, Human Resources Artificial Intelligence (AI), to join the Human Resources (HR) Transformation & Products Team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with HR and business leaders across the company to tackle complex problems and develop AI solutions leveraging in-house and SaaS based applications. This role will define and execute the HR AI product strategy, roadmap, and delivery model for capabilities that enable AI-powered employee, manager, and HR experiences.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI products, including a strong understanding of GenAI, machine learning, and agentic AI concepts as applied to HR workflows and decision-making
  • Experience with HR Systems (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow HRSD, Oracle, or similar) experience in a global environment with multiple integrations
  • Proven experience leading AI-driven HR initiatives and delivering AI-powered solutions in partnership with data science, engineering, and HR teams.
  • Experience defining and scaling shared platforms, reusable capabilities, and product ecosystems across multiple business use cases.
  • Experience consulting on, implementing, and owning HR products, tools, and technology solutions.
  • Strong Agile expertise, including leading Scrum teams and driving execution across complex workstreams.
  • Proven ability to influence and manage cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.
  • Experience leading workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
  • Experience integrating HR technologies with third-party service vendors and external platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy regulations, and ethical AI practices, with exceptional executive communication and leadership skills in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR product strategy, influencing business plans, requirements, and technology solutions for complex enterprise needs.
  • Oversee product management and strategic direction for highly technical, complex, and diverse HR products and services.
  • Drive resolution of complex challenges by identifying enterprise-wide synergies, opportunities, and long-term solutions.
  • Deliver scalable solutions that account for market trends, regulatory requirements, risk management, and global business impacts.
  • Define and execute the HR AI product vision, roadmap, priorities, goals, and vendor partnerships.
  • Establish governance, processes, and operating routines to ensure consistent value delivery, risk mitigation, and successful execution.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, KPIs, compliance, and business value realization; identify and implement improvements.
  • Partner with executive leaders, stakeholders, technology, governance, risk, legal, and compliance teams to deliver innovative, responsible, and business-ready AI solutions.
