About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Procurement Agent to join their team in Seattle, WA. This role involves interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions to minimize risk and maximize benefit for the Company. The position also includes preparing and executing negotiation strategies, supporting other Procurement Agents as a subject matter expert, and drafting modifications to various agreements such as PIA/NDAs, Goods contracts, and bailment agreements to support commercial Spares. The Senior Lead Procurement Agent will interact with both internal and external teams.

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing the procurement process including coordinating with business partners and providing functional support
5+ years of experience leading contract negotiations for a variety of complex terms and conditions
5+ years of experience with contract management
5+ years of experience with contractual risk management terms

Juris Doctor Law
SAP, Procurement Systems and AI tools for contract management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Aviation related field

Responsibilities
