About The Position
Design, develop, and maintain production-grade mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and offline functionality. Lead development of a shared offline package supporting local caching, queued operations, background synchronization, and connectivity state management, and integrate it into Workforce Tools and WFHQ. Implement local persistence, background synchronization, and offline-first conflict resolution to preserve data integrity and handle discrepancies between local and server-side information. Create data-age indicators and safeguards to prevent unsafe actions when data is stale or connectivity is limited. Use Claude and Claude Code to support development, troubleshooting, optimization, and testing. Develop and execute unit and integration tests for offline functionality, application restarts, synchronization recovery, and extended offline scenarios. Validate performance and reliability across devices and operating-system versions, resolve compatibility issues, and provide technical leadership through code reviews, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams.
