About The Position

Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Lead Finance Analyst in New York, NY. This role supports leadership in developing financial research, forecasting of financial metrics, and conducting operating and strategic reviews. The analyst will recommend solutions based on financial data and economic research that may have a critical impact on long-term business performance. This position will lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges related to product pricing, portfolio performance, key metrics forecasting, and various financial assessments for Mergers and Acquisition activities. Additionally, the role will deliver solutions on long-term strategy for efficient and effective processes in support of key finance services such as management reporting, various planning, and balance sheet data. The analyst will coordinate highly complex activities, with guidance, to implement key risk initiatives and provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership by recommending compliance and risk requirements for the supported area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Reporting, or related quantitative field.
  • 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related finance position.
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Experience with Essbase Finance tools for reporting and analysis
  • Experience writing user defined function in Axiom using Axiom Scripting Language
  • Experience as a Scrum practitioner
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Axiom implementation

Responsibilities
