About The Position

The Senior Lead Finance Analyst, Corporate Planning is a senior individual contributor responsible for advanced analysis, enterprise planning support, and executive-level reporting across corporate business lines. This role focuses on execution excellence, complex problem-solving, and influencing outcomes without direct people management. This role performs work with a high degree of latitude and handles the most complex issues. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
  • Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, long-range planning, and enterprise performance analysis
  • Deep understanding of corporate financial structures, business models, and key performance drivers across multiple business lines
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations, insights, and strategic recommendations
  • Advanced experience with enterprise planning systems, BI tools, and data environments
  • Strong understanding of allocation strategy, cost transparency, and financial governance frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead complex, cross-functional analytical efforts
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive decision-making without authority
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate risks and identify opportunities
  • Ability to balance strategic insight with execution excellence in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lead forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis across business lines
  • Build and maintain complex financial models, enterprise dashboards, and reporting solutions
  • Develop ready reporting, presentations, and financial narratives
  • Present financial results and insights to business line and senior leadership, enabling decision-making
  • Deliver tailored financial analyses aligned to strategic priorities and operational goals
  • Support and influence allocation strategy, methodology evolution, and transparency
  • Provide leadership in enterprise reporting consistency and COE enablement standards
  • Serve as a trusted advisor across finance and business leaders, influencing outcomes without formal authority
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities
