About The Position

The Senior Lead Finance Analyst, Corporate Planning is a senior individual contributor responsible for advanced analysis, enterprise planning support, and executive-level reporting across corporate business lines. This role focuses on execution excellence, complex problem-solving, and influencing outcomes without direct people management. This role performs work with a high degree of latitude and handles the most complex issues.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, long-range planning, and enterprise performance analysis
Deep understanding of corporate financial structures, business models, and key performance drivers across multiple business lines
Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations, insights, and strategic recommendations
Advanced experience with enterprise planning systems, BI tools, and data environments
Strong understanding of allocation strategy, cost transparency, and financial governance frameworks
Demonstrated ability to operate independently and lead complex, cross-functional analytical efforts
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and drive decision-making without authority
Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear, concise insights and recommendations
Proven track record of driving continuous improvement in planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to anticipate risks and identify opportunities
Ability to balance strategic insight with execution excellence in a fast-paced environment
Possesses expert knowledge of subject matter.
