Zachry Engineering Corporation is currently seeking a Senior / Lead Electrical Designer with Power industry experience to join our Electrical Department in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position offers the opportunity to lead electrical design execution on complex power generation, transmission, and industrial projects, working closely with engineers, designers, and project leadership.

Responsibilities
- Leading electrical design activities and providing technical direction within the electrical discipline.
- Planning, executing, and reviewing advanced electrical design scopes.
- Leading portions of large-scale power projects or complete design packages for smaller projects.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
- Serving as a technical lead and design checker.
- Mentoring junior designers.
- Supporting constructability, field execution, and project delivery.
