Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Owner to lead our Content Assembly Agent, a core Generative AI capability within the broader Future Autonomous Marketing ecosystem. The Content Assembly Agent is responsible for dynamically and rapidly assembling modular marketing content—including offers, disclosures, creative fragments, personalization tokens, and channel constraints—into compliant, on-brand, and deployable marketing outputs across channels such as digital, email, and direct mail. This role requires marketing content domain expertise alongside strong product and AI delivery skills. The Product Owner will bring hands-on understanding of how marketing content is authored, governed, reviewed, and launched in real-world campaign workflows. This includes practical knowledge of disclosure requirements, brand and creative standards, personalization logic, and channel-specific constraints. That expertise is essential to ensuring the Content Assembly Agent produces outputs that are not only technically correct, but usable, reviewable, and effective for marketers operating in a highly regulated enterprise environment. The Content Assembly Agent operates as part of a multi-agent orchestration layer, working in concert with upstream and downstream agents for audience targeting, creative generation, compliance review, and activation. As Product Owner, you will define and deliver the capabilities that ensure content assembly is accurate, explainable, governable, and optimized for speed to market, while faithfully reflecting how marketing teams actually build and deploy campaigns.
