The night shift is Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with production planned to begin in early 2027. This is a salaried position supporting a manufacturing operation. While the primary schedule aligns with the designated production shift, employees are expected to provide operational support as needed to meet business objectives. This may require working outside normal production hours, including extended shifts, production startup activities, recovery efforts, and occasional weekend support based on operational requirements. Shift Differential: 10% differential upon transitioning to Night Shift work schedule. We are seeking experienced Senior Lead Controls Engineers - Night Shift to provide technical leadership and hands-on support for our night shift manufacturing operations. This position serves as the primary escalation point for complex automation and controls issues affecting production equipment, material handling systems, robotics, and plant-wide control systems. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled automation professional with extensive experience in Rockwell Automation platforms, Ignition SCADA, industrial networking, robotics, and troubleshooting high-volume manufacturing systems. This role requires strong technical leadership, rapid decision-making, and the ability to support multiple production areas in a fast-paced environment.
