Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring staffing levels are adequate for the flow of traffic, that the team meets and exceeds company standards, and that customer service is at 100%.
- Review and audit banks and cashout reports.
- Communicate daily activity and incidents with staff and management.
