About The Position

This role supports the Market Staff & Administrative Team in driving business results and Control & Compliance standards. The Senior Lead will monitor, analyze, and communicate business performance results against planned Market targets. They will build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, acting as a liaison to identify and remedy issues. This position delivers timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to Market Staff and provides strong oversight and analysis into key Financial Strategies and initiatives, ensuring participation and compliance. The role also involves managing staff calendars, vacation schedules, and backfill coverage, establishing measurable PDR Objectives and Developmental Actions for the Administrative Team, and providing training and developing the capability of the Administrative Team. Maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily, with the ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure, is essential. The Senior Lead will have oversight of payroll for the Administrative Team, lead the team to support the delivery of the business plan and priorities, reduce/eliminate Administrative team overtime costs, and align with management on tasks to transition to the Administrative Team or deliver well-controlled audits. Additionally, the role involves leading Culture & Inclusion team projects and initiatives, providing training and tools to the Market Administrative Team, building capability in direct reports, and engaging in planning processes with the market team to grow leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 5± years' experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
  • Previous Leadership experience managing direct reports
  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word for Windows, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in leading project roll outs
  • Ability to prioritize work and multi-task - Strong sense of urgency & Attention to Detail
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills - Sensitivity with handling confidential information.
  • Experience in facilitating training programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requires creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Respects & values differences, acts with integrity, and operates with justice

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience with Purchasing is a plus
