This position is full-time and can accommodate a hybrid schedule that allows for a combination of remote and in-office work. The landscape architecture group’s work focuses on restoring native habitats and creating nature experiences in open space, park, and business campus settings that are both engaging and educational. For example, our team: Spearheads the planning and design of a 9-acre park on the San Francisco Bay shoreline. The future park will encompass new tidal marsh and transition zone habitats and educate visitors about sea level rise and Bay ecology. Plays a key role in planning of outdoor spaces on business campuses, including design and construction oversight for native landscapes and multi-modal paths. Harvey ecologists to build your understanding of the habitats and species in the areas where we work. As a member of our landscape architecture group, the types of work you’ll contribute to include: Analyzing site conditions, developing conceptual designs and construction documents. Creating graphic plans and sections to support the ecological basis of design and planning for public access, creek, marsh and wetland restoration. Assisting with construction period services, including site visits and contractor coordination.
