About The Position

Civil & Environmental Consultants (CEC) is seeking a licensed Landscape Architect with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program with 5-10 or more years of experience. This individual will be responsible for collaboration of project design on a wide range of large and small projects. CEC is looking for a self-starter who is motivated to join our team and collaborate in-house with other landscape architects, ecologists, civil engineers and land surveyors to assist our clients in the development of private and public sector projects.

Requirements

• Licensed Landscape Architect
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
• 5-10 or more years of experience
• Experience in project management
• Experience in CAD design
• Experience in landscape and land planning design
• Experience in public presentations
• Experience in site layout and grading
• Experience in site plan renderings
• Experience in quality control review of proposed plans
• Experience in preparation of bid packages and submittals
• Experience in preparation and review of specifications
• Experience in networking and client development
• B.S. in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture or related degree required
• AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
• InDesign
• PhotoShop (Adobe Suite)
• Lumion
• GIS (ArcView)

Nice To Haves

• GIS (ArcView) – not required but beneficial
