About The Position

Analyze, interpret and prepare contracts and leases. Examine and cure drilling and division order title opinion requirements. Supervise lease brokers, manage prospect expenditures and calculate working and net revenue interests. Negotiate and prepare joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmin/farmout agreements, purchase and sale agreements, pooling agreements and associated support agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of experience as a Landman with responsibilities as described
• Excellent interpersonal skills - both oral and written
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Ability to obtain results in a performance-driven, team oriented environment
