Job Summary: The Senior Laboratory Project Set-Up Coordinator provides project-related support by configuring, validating, and maintaining laboratory databases within Clinical Trial Management Systems, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established procedures and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Clinical Trial Management Systems and laboratory database configuration
• Understanding of laboratory processes, study set-up workflows, and validation activities
• Proficiency in standard computer applications including word processing and spreadsheets
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Strong organizational, coordination, and attention-to-detail skills with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support study set-up and validation activities to ensure laboratory databases meet protocol, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Configure and maintain project databases within Clinical Trial Management Systems
• Research and resolve set-up issues by collaborating with laboratory colleagues and cross-functional teams
• Maintain accurate and complete project documentation throughout the set-up lifecycle
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to Setup Managers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate planning, handover, and internal meetings to support smooth project execution
• Assist with protocol amendments, database design requirements, and project timelines
