Here, you will make an impact by: Configuring, operating, and maintaining processes and equipment incorporating web mechanics, coating and/or printing, drying, curing, analysis and characterization. Conducting designed experiments to support lead researchers that must develop a thorough understanding of how materials and process parameters affect final product properties. Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary team members. Ability to make recommendations with respect to material formulation and/or process modifications.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Two (2) years of technician experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or two-year technical degree from an accredited institution
  • Four (4) or more years of laboratory experience conducting product performance testing
  • Experience testing adhesives, tapes, laminates, or other coated materials
  • Familiarity with adhesive and tape test methods such as peel, tack, shear, tensile, or environmental aging evaluations
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, initiative, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
