About The Position

Serving as a primary contractor supporting the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program for architecting, managing, and maintaining structured enterprise knowledge repositories and database systems that facilitate decision making for feasibility studies, joint tests, and quick-reaction tests. Ensuring that test data, operational insights derived through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, and technical deliverables (detailed test plans, interim and/or final test reports, etc.) are systematically collected, managed, and made accessible to stakeholders across joint warfighting and test communities. Working with joint test directors, task leads, analysts, and military leadership to synthesize test artifacts, capture operational lessons learned, and build actionable reporting dashboards and search tools. Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of knowledge management workflows tailored to joint testing environments. Configuring/managing multiple disparate database systems to streamline information exchange and maintain data integrity across unclassified and classified networks. Developing procedures for data governance, metadata tagging, version control, access, and digital asset lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • A relevant professional certification (Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Certified Information Professional (CIP), etc.).
  • Five years or more of professional experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or enterprise data systems, preferably within the Department of War (DoW) or broader defense contractor ecosystem.
  • Proven background working with multiple database platforms (SQL, PostgreSQL, SharePoint architectures, enterprise data warehouses) including proficiency in taxonomy development and structured search optimization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for DoW environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in information management, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with previous JT&E projects.
