This role is responsible for developing and driving broad customer relationships across all levels, with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer. The Senior Key Account Manager will execute the strategy for the customer, ensure the delivery of the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP), and optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in operations. This role will be remote and based in either the Vancouver or Calgary areas. It will involve a blend of direct customer management and leading others to flawlessly deliver both internal and external goals. The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading a large, complex customer, excellent negotiation skills, and experience leading and inspiring teams.
