This role involves educating, instructing, and upselling to assigned and newly generated accounts, acting as a liaison between clients and LabCorp operations, and providing ongoing service and timely resolution to the customer base. The goal is to ensure customer retention through superior service, recommend client-focused solutions, and manage day-to-day client operations. The position also requires collaboration with the sales team to grow the business, meeting retention and upsell goals, and assisting with the onboarding of new Key Account Executives, including mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, the role involves mentoring peers and new hires, and leading initiatives and campaigns within the region.
