About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community operations. The role calls for extensive experience in joint targeting, target system analysis, all-source intelligence, Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE), Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), and dynamic or time-sensitive targeting. The position is onsite in Fort Meade, Maryland, and requires an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.

The analyst will conduct joint target intelligence, target development, and target system analysis; support targeting and operational planning; integrate GEOINT, SIGINT, and all-source intelligence; and develop targeting products, assessments, and briefings. The role also includes mentoring junior analysts and providing technical guidance. The listed annual salary is $125,000–$135,000.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of directly related intelligence or joint targeting experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Joint Targeting School certification.
• Experience with CDE methodology, target system analysis and development, BDA, and dynamic or time-sensitive targeting.
• NSA or USCYBERCOM support experience.
• Experience integrating GEOINT, SIGINT, and all-source intelligence.
• A master's degree in a related field, or a bachelor's degree plus 17 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and briefing skills.

• Experience supporting NSA, USCYBERCOM, DIA, Joint Staff, or Combatant Commands.
