About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Senior Joint Target Intelligence Analyst to support Department of Defense and Intelligence Community operations at Fort Meade, Maryland. The role focuses on joint targeting, target system analysis, all-source intelligence, collateral damage estimation (CDE), battle damage assessment (BDA), combat assessment, and dynamic or time-sensitive targeting. The analyst will integrate GEOINT, SIGINT, and all-source intelligence to develop targeting products, assessments, and briefings; support target prioritization and operational planning; and mentor junior analysts. This is an onsite position requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship. The advertised salary is $125,000–$135,000 per year.

Requirements

• 12 or more years of directly related intelligence or joint targeting experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship.
• Joint Targeting School certification.
• Experience with CDE methodology, target system analysis and development, BDA, and dynamic or time-sensitive targeting.
• NSA or USCYBERCOM support experience.
• Experience integrating GEOINT, SIGINT, and all-source intelligence.
• A master's degree in a related field, or a bachelor's degree plus 17 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and briefing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting NSA, USCYBERCOM, DIA, Joint Staff, or Combatant Commands.

Responsibilities
